Customer Content and License Compliance

By submitting files to Layer Forge Studio for printing, you (the customer) represent and warrant that:

• You own or have a valid license to use, reproduce, and have printed any content or files you provide.
• The files you provide do not infringe on any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or license restrictions.
• You acknowledge that many 3D models are licensed for personal use only and may not be used in commercial print services without an appropriate license.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any models submitted for printing are licensed for commercial use or explicitly allow print-on-demand services to print on your behalf.

Layer Forge Studio reserves the right to:

• Request proof of licensing for any model submitted for printing.
• Refuse to print any model for which appropriate licensing cannot be demonstrated.
• Cooperate with rights holders in cases of suspected infringement.

By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Layer Forge Studio from any claims, damages, or legal action resulting from improper or unauthorized use of submitted files.
